If any of these Terms are breached, authorization to use this website is automatically terminated and all downloaded and/or printed materials must immediately be destroyed.

3.2   Aimpoint user account

You must be eighteen or older to register for a user account. 

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all submissions, materials, information, or other communications you provide to Aimpoint shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Aimpoint shall have no obligations of any kind with respect to such materials and shall be free to use or disseminate such materials on an unrestricted basis for any purpose, subject to applicable law.

Your user account is personal, and you must keep your personal information, including username and password, confidential and secure.

You further agree not to take action against us in relation to material that you submit, and you agree to indemnify us if any third party takes action against Aimpoint in relation to the material you submit.

You agree to notify Aimpoint immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security. 

Aimpoint have the right to disable users, usernames and passwords if we suspect a breach of security or violation of these Terms.
