INTRODUCTION
Three experienced hunters and content creators from France, Germany, and Spain, each bringing their unique skills and hunting traditions, embark on an extraordinary and unusual hunt in the pristine wilderness of the Blekinge Archipelago. They are joined by a small crew from Aimpoint for a few days of thrilling hunting on an isolated island.
Cut off from modern conveniences, the hunters must rely solely on their expertise and the fundamentals of hunting. There is no electricity, no phones, and no luxury, only the hunters, the game, and the pure art of hunting.
Wild Boar Island captures the raw beauty of the island, the camaraderie among the hunters, and the pursuit of game in an untouched natural environment.
Through cinematography and intimate storytelling, WILD BOAR ISLAND showcases the essence of traditional hunting, the respect for nature, and the bonds formed between hunters. WILD BOAR ISLAND is an exploration of hunting skills and the timeless connection between man and the wilderness.

THE ISLAND
WILD BOAR ISLAND was filmed on Arpö, a remote island in Blekinge’s archipelago. Spanning 346 acres of varied island terrain and surrounded by the Baltic Sea, Arpö offers a truly wild hunting environment. Completely off-grid, it features accommodations in an old farmhouse or Tipi tents. Here, hunters navigate a mix of coastal forests and open ground, tracking wild boar in a setting where land and sea meet. Accessible only by boat or helicopter, Arpö provides an untamed and secluded hunting experience rarely found elsewhere.

THE RIGHT GEAR FOR THE JOB
The Aimpoint® Acro® C-2
The ACRO series is a small professional grade, enclosed red dot series of sights for pistols and other platforms. It features the latest LED technology, new electric circuitry, a battery that provides 50,000 hours of continuous use and a wide range of mounting solutions for most hunting rifles, pistols and carbines.
Härkila
Härkila is a brand by hunters for hunters. Innovation and specialization were key factors when Kjell Lennartsson founded Härkila. The very first set was developed specifically for moose hunting and established Härkila's partnership with GORE-TEX as the first in the hunting industry. Since then, Härkila has expanded to more than 50 countries and have established themselves as industry leaders with ever-evolving technologies, design, and products.
WeHunt
WeHunt provided the necessary overview, offering real-time tracking, dog positioning, and the ability to plan the hunt using trail cameras.
Ineos Grenadier
A proper hunt needs proper transport. For this adventure, we had the Ineos Grenadier on our side – tackling rough trails, deep mud, and steep terrain with ease. Sturdy, reliable, and built for the wild, it was the perfect companion for getting hunters and gear into position.
