Product description

The Aimpoint® Micro™ series released in 2007 by Aimpoint included three different sight models: MICRO R-1 / H-1 and T-1. These sight models offered shooters within various application areas a compact and lighter red dot sight with the same ruggedness and performance as the larger AIMPOINT sights. The result was a small high-performance optic that fits on any rifle, shotgun, handgun, or bow.

The AIMPOINT MICRO R-1 was designed and built for the competitive handgun shooter as well as the hunter with stainless steel weapons.

The MICRO R-1 with its silver metallic finish and weight of only 105 g made it fit perfectly on pistols and revolvers for NRA Action Pistol or IPSC competitions. The dot size of 4 MOA also made it ideal for use on stainless steel hunting rifles.

The MICRO R-1 came equipped with a standard MICRO Weaver / Picatinny rail mount.

Production of the MICRO R-1 was discontinued in 2010, while the MICRO H-2 model was manufactured until 2023.
